Am I locked into a contract?
Nope, we believe in giving you such great service that you'll be a lifetime customer. You can cancel at any time.
What is your refund policy?
We do not issue refunds in general. For monthly subscriptions, you can request for a refund if you haven't used the service, but we may decline your request if we see any material activity in your account.
